1. Prices & Payments

Once quoted, prices are fixed unless the requirements change, e.g. adding extra people, hair accessories, etc.

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure my services for the date of your wedding and once received, an acknowledgement and confirmation will be sent to you. Until your deposit is received then the requested date is not guaranteed. Your deposit is a payment on account against the final invoice for services provided.

The cost of the wedding trial is due on or before the trial date and the venue for this will be either at my home address or at your chosen venue, whereby travel costs will be charged at 45p per mile once outside a 10 mile radius of my home postcode RH2 0QA. Once your trial has taken place and your styling agreed, an invoice will be issued and the balance outstanding is payable no less than 7 days before your wedding date.

Once your trial has been held, the styles agreed and you are satisfied, I will then issue your invoice and the balance outstanding is payable no less than 14 days prior your wedding date. If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your booking, you have 48 hours following your trial, within which to cancel your booking-this must be done in writing at which time both your deposit and trial monies will be lost.

If you wish to cancel our booking prior to your trial, your £50 deposit will be retained.

  • Following your trial, you have 48 hours within which to cancel if you are not fully satisfied, after which both your deposit and trial monies will be retained.

  • After this time, if you want to cancel our contract, the following costs apply and all cancellations must be received in writing.

  • More than 12 weeks prior to the wedding: Loss of deposit and/or trial monies only

  • 8 to 12 weeks prior to the wedding: 50% of the quoted or outstanding balance

  • 4 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding: 75% of the quoted or outstanding balance

  •  Less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding: 100% of the quoted or outstanding balance

2. Duration of Sessions

Your hair trial will typically last around 2 hours-to include time for discussion and a chance to try a range of styles.

On your wedding day, depending on the number of people in your party an appointment system may be used to ensure everything runs smoothly and the use of another stylist may be advised-this will be at no extra cost to yourself.

3. Health & Safety

If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please let me know by the time of your trial, at the latest.

4. Travelling

The prices quoted include travel within a 10 mile radius of my home address. Any venue outside of this area will incur a surcharge of 70p per mile for postcodes outside RH2 0QA, this is calculated using aa route planner and will be using the shortest route possible.

5. Photos & Feedback

I request that you allow me to use your photographs in my portfolio, website and any other publicity material. Please let me know if you do not wish me to use these.

6. Liability Limitations

I accept no responsibility for damage to any head dress, flowers, tiara etc unless through direct negligence.

At times it may be necessary to rearrange your trial, sometimes at short notice. This will most likely be due to being requested to attend a last minute wedding booking and is usually due to a bride having been let down by another stylist, I would ask for your understanding should this happen prior to your trial appointment.

In the unlikely event that I cannot honour my commitment to attend your booking, every effort will be made to supply an alternative stylist and a full refund will be given.

It is recommended for your own peace of mind, that you consider taking out wedding insurance to cover any costs should your plans unfortunately be changed or cancelled

7. Data Protection

Your details will be kept in my records, but will never be passed on or sold to any third party.
